“It is more important to click with people than to click the shutter.”

Chris Caselli is a native Austinite who has been passionately documenting the world around him for decades. His father gave him a Beseler Topcan camera when he was twelve and he has seen the world through a photographic lens ever since. Formally trained at the University of Texas, he loves the fine art of photography, shooting digitally and on film--from 35 mm to medium format to his favorite, a vintage Brownie Hawkeye--and experimenting with alternative processes. While he hones his photography skills with every assignment, his greatest strengths are his understanding of the energy of people and places and his ability to capture unique moments that become treasured memories. Like his hometown, he appreciates quirkiness and creativity and, along with his photographic skill and artistic eye, he brings a down-to-earth and laidback vibe to every job. Like your favorite pair of boots or softest pearl snap shirt, Chris will deliver style and reliability to your project.

Chris is available for nearly any type of photo shoot--events, weddings, family portraits, artist portfolios, headshots, products, interiors, and custom fine art projects--and will also work on location, having shot events in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Colorado, and West Texas. Send us a message on the Contact page, or shoot Chris a text or email directly.
